**Signed by author (dedicated to a Mrs Franklin). Pamphlet-style stapled booklet with paper covers. 20 pages. Shelf/storage wear at cover edges, otherwise in VG condition. Original price $2.00; could have been a souvenir from a Colorado vacation, perhaps, but definitely a local product--pages typeset on only one side, typewriter-printed text, etc. 8 pages of hand-typed maps & a brief paragraph summary of the ghost legends in these areas.

**Signed by author.** "Spectrally yours! -Patrick Mahony" is inscribed on title page. 1953 paperback printed by the author. Paper cover shows some light fading/tanning to edges, also tanning to outside of text block. Spine creases, also a crease on back cover corner. Pages secure, no marks or writing inside aside from the author's. Heavy cardstock cover, but the pages are sewn together (not just glued) so it's lasted well. Neat collectible for ghostly literature collectors.
