Some of the experiments are dated 1941, 1942. At least 25 one and two page experiments are bound up in this students notebook. For instance, the Thermal Conductivity which is done to determine the thermal conductivity of a thin piece of poorly conducting material has formulas, apparati, and procedurs shown so that the student can conduct the experiment. Questions follow ie. would an air film between the sample and the source appreciably affect the value obtained for the sample? Great example of what physic students were doing in the early 1940's.
